Abstract
The rapid development of science and technology has increased competition between institutions. In the 21st century, the immediate challenge is globalization with all its implications. Human resources (HR) is a very important factor that cannot be separated from an organization, both a company or an institution. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of discipline, motivation and work culture on the performance of the company's distributor CV employees. Ake Abadi Sidoarjo. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population and sample of this study were 40 respondents. The test equipment used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS 26.00 software. After testing the proposed hypothesis, then the regression coefficient value of the disciplinary variable is 0.092, motivation is 0.155, work culture is 2.216. And the value of the F test, F count of 3.003 is greater than F table of 3.25 because the value of Fcount> Ftable, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the variables of discipline, motivation and work culture simultaneously significantly influence employee performance. Disciplinary t test results for t arithmetic (0.092) <t table 2.042, motivational variables for t arithmetic (0.155)<t table 2.042, work culture variables for t arithmetic (2.216)> t table 2.042, which means partial discipline and motivation variables does not significantly influence the performance variable, while the work culture variable partially has a significant effect on the performance variable. And in this study, it turns out that the variables of discipline, motivation and work culture influence 20.00% of employee performance and the remaining 80.00% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
