Abstract

In this era where technology and very advanced civilization, demanding competent human resources who have the spirit and leadership both in their functions and roles both for the individual and organizational goals. Because the employeeis referred to as an element of the apparatus company that has the task of organizing commont asks and development company. Andits role in any company is very importantand crucial.This study aims to determine how the Facility Work,Motivation, Ability, and Job Satisfaction influence on the performance of employees of PT. Padmatirta Wisesa Sidoarjo either simultaneously orpartially. This study doto employees of PT. Padmatirta Wisesa Sidoarjo. Apopulation of 68 people, while the samples used as many as 40 people. Data collection method used is the method of question naires to a sample of employees of PT. Padmatirta Wisesa. The analysis includes: validity and reliability test, classic assumption test which includes multicollinearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, Ftest,T test. The data that has been processed using SPSS produce regression equationas follows: Y= 2,365+ 0,424X1+0,250X2 + 0,279X3+ 0,261X4 Statistical calculation results show the value of F count = 9.411, this means that F count>F table. By usingthe0.05 limit,then the significance valueless than 0.05.This means that the hypothesis that simultaneous variable working facilities, motivation, ability and job satisfaction have influence on employee performance. T test results, the hypothesis testing results demonstrate the value of working facilities t>ttable =2.769> 1.684 with a significance level of 0.007 TarafThe significance of less than 0.05. motivation hypothesis testing results show the value of t count>ttable = 2.465> 1.684 with a significance level of 0.016 Tara f The significance of lesst han0.05. Hypothesis testing results indicate the ability of tcount>ttable = 2.631> 1.684 with a significance level of 0.010 Tara f The significance of less than0.05.Results of hypothesis testing job satisfaction showedtcount> ttable = 2.195> 1.684 with a significance level of 0.031 Taraf The significance of less than 0.05.This means working facilities variable, motivation, ability and work kepuasn partially affect employee performance. And in this study, it turns out working facilities variable most dominant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Padmatirta Wisesa Sidoarjo.
