Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the direct influence Work Environment And Leadership on Employee Loyalty and Indirect influence Work Environment and Leadership on Employee Loyalty through Job Satisfaction .This study uses primary data source from questionnaires. used a type of Quantitative research with Population and sample of 75 Respondents. Used analysis data Path Analysis using SPSS software version. 23.0.The Result of research by use Path Analysis that Work Environment have significant and positive effect to Job Satisfaction at PT. Miami Electronic Surabaya. Work Environment has an effect on significant and positive to employee loyalty at PT. Miami Electronic Surabaya. Leadership has a significant and positive influence on Job Satisfaction at PT. Miami Electronic Surabaya. Leadership has an effect on significant and positive to Employee Loyalty at PT. Miami Electronic Surabaya. Job Satisfaction has an effect on significant and positive to Employee Loyalty at PT. Miami Electronic Surabaya. Working Environment has an effect on significant and positive to Employee Loyalty through Job satisfaction at PT. Miami Electronic Surabaya.
