Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation, ability to work, work discipline and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Siantar Madju Surabaya. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach to research that focuses on testing the hypothesis with analysis tools and statistical methods produce results that can be generalized. The population used in this study are employees of PT. Siantar Madju status Surabaya Staff totaling 159 people, while the number of samples used in this study were 61 respondents. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 17.0 software. From the research that has been done can be concluded that the validity of the results of the test is valid, reliability testing is reliable. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained modeling is Y = 0071 + 0722 X1 + X2 0438 + 0303 + 0555 X3 X4. From the results of F test found that the result of F (45 687)> F table (2:54), which means that work motivation (X1), Job Skills (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and the Working Environment (X4) simultaneously significant effect on Job Performance Employees (Y) at PT. Siantar Madju Surabaya. From the results of t-test showed that work motivation (X1), Job Skills (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and the Working Environment (X4) has a significant influence and positive impact on Employee Job Performance (Y) at PT. Siantar Madju Surabaya, with each having tcount (7053), thitung (4112), thitung (2807) and thitung (5,108) larger than t table (2.0032) Keywords : Work Motivation, Job Skills, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Employee Performance.
