Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors affecting the performance of employees at PT. Duta Kencana Waru Sidoarjo. These factors are organizational culture, motivation, work discipline, and compensation. Implementation of the right kind of motivation will lead to employee performance at PT. Duta Kencana Waru Sidoarjo. raised employee performance is influenced by the organizational culture, motivation, work discipline, and compensation. organizational culture, motivation, work discipline, and compensation to employee performance showed positive and significant correlation. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 55 respondents drawn using the formula Slovin as a tool to calculate the sample size. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis were processed with SPSS V.16.0 for windows. Resulting in regression equation as follows: Y = 0.617 + 0.095 + 0.085 X1 + 0.763 X2 + 0,023 X3 X4 The results of the analysis concluded that the regression coefficient 0.095 organizational culture, motivation variable of 0.085, 0.763 work discipline variable, the variable compensation 0.023 and 0.617 employee performance variables. The F test results found that the variable of organizational culture, motivation, work discipline, and compensation jointly significant effect on the performance of employees with calculated F value of 62 862 ≥ 2.57 (F count ≥ F tables). The results of the t test variable of organizational culture for 1,156 ≤ 2.009 (t ≤ t table), variable motivation for 2659 ≥ 2.009 (t ≥ t table), variable work discipline by 2955 ≥ 2.009 (t ≥ t table) and a variable compensation of 3,147 ≥ 2.009 (t ≥ t table) means that four independent variables studied, partially no significant effect on employee performance. In this study the variables the dominant influence on employee performance is the motivation variable. And R2 value for 0834 shows that the contribution of the organizational culture, motivation, work discipline, and compensation in influencing the performance of employees amounted to 83.4%. while the remaining 18.6% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
