Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between the variables of leadership style, motivation, satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance Bumi Kalog. Of the target population in this study were employees Bumi Kalog totaling 42 employees. Sampling in this study using research methods casual (casual research). Researchers took all sampling at 42 employees. Data collected will be analyzed using statistical analysis with SPSS version 21.0 statistical formula used which is linear multiple regression (linear regression). F-test calculation results or simutaneously with a 0,05 significant of the obtained significant value 0,000 hence H0 refused and H1 accepted. t test calculation results partially to significantly limit value 0,05 known significant variables of leadership style of work of 0,003 hence H0 refused and H1 accepted, a significant value of work motivation of 0,019 hence H0 refused and H1 accepted, a significant value of 0,040, the satisfaction variables H0 rejected and H1 accepted, while the value of the variable of work discipline at 0,046 hence H0 refused and H1 accepted. Based on the results of data processing analysis, discussion and hypothesis testing can be concluded that leadership style variale X1, X2 motivation, satisfaction X3 and X4 disciplines simultaneously and partially greatest effect is a style of leadership with the t value 3,202.
