Abstract
In this Era, every company must to make changes in existing technology, so it can provide opportunities to increase competitive advantage, then to support the company’s business strategy, to determine the competence of human resources with their own, and the training participated by employees will also affect the performance of an employee. All three are needed by company like CV GemaTama which is a company engaged in Distributors, Dealer and Supplier for laboratory needs. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze information technology and competence and work training simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of CV. GemaTama. The stages of this research start from the study of literature which was got from book, internet and research that has been done before. Then with identification of questionnaire variable. After we got a questionnaire variable then we designed a questionnaire. Data was collected through a questionnaire with jenuh sample technique and observation in field directly. The result of observation in the fieldare explained with descriptive analysis, while the data obtained from the questionnaire are used to determine the effect of information technology, compensation, and work training on employee performance using multiple linear regression analysis. In multiple regression analysis, the test was conducted including: validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, t test and F test. The result of this research is Information Technology, Competence, and Work Training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect,andcan explain the problems studied by researchers. So all the variable in this research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
