Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the facilities (X1), benefits (X2) dan safety (X3) affects employee satisfaction contract. This research is done by using a quantitative approach to research that focuses on testing the hypothesis with analysis tools, statistical methods and produce generalizable conclusions. Samples in this study were employees in line HS Series PT. Yamaha Electronics Manufacturing Indonesia. Sample of reposdents in this study using a non-probability sampling method. Whereas the method of sampling this study using purposive sampling an quota sampling. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS 21s software. After testing the above hypothesis, the obtained value of regression coefficient of 0,780 variable facilities, variable allowance of 0,094 and 0,622 for safety variables. And the value of F test of Fcount 12,296 > Ftable 2,05 with a significance level of 0,000< 0,05, whics means that the variable facilities, benefit and safety simultane ously affect employee satisfaction contract. T-test facility worth tcount 2,896 > 2,05 ttable, variable allowances wonth tcount 2,411 > ttable 2,05, which means that the variable facilities, benefits and safety affects employee satisfaction partially contract. And in this study, it turns out facilities variables that most influence employee satisfaction contract
