Abstract
The formulation of the problem to be studied is how the influence of management information systems to employee performance and the factors that influence the management information system in PT. Dinamika Sukses Makmur Surabaya The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of management information systems to employee performance and to determine the factors that influence the management information system in PT. Dinamika Sukses Makmur Surabaya. The hypothesis in this study were: (1). The influence of the information system Management on the performance of employees of PT. Dinamika Sukses Makmur Surabaya, and (2). Technical factors, operational and economical influence on Management Information System in PT. Dinamika Sukses Makmur Surabaya. The population in this study all employees of PT. Sukses Makmur Surabaya dynamics totaling 42 people. Therefore in this study examined the number of samples is equal to the total population of subjects to be studied, as many as 42 employees. The data were collected by direct observation, questionnaires and documentation. Variables studied with Likert scale. Questionnaire first tested using the test validity and reliability. Data processing using SPSS software version 18.0, were analyzed with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression The results showed that; technical factors, operational factors and economic factors influence the management information systems have a significant effect on employee performance. This means technical factors, operational factors and economic factors largely determine or significantly influence the improvement of the performance of employees at PT. Dinamika Sukses Makmur Surabaya. Partial run private technical factors have a significant effect on employee performance, operational factors significantly influence employee performance and economic factors have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Dinamika Sukses Makmur Surabaya. Technical factors have a greater influence than the operational factors and economic factors on the performance of employees at PT. Dinamika Sukses Makmur Surabaya.
