Abstract

This thesis entitled "THE EFFECT OF WAGES, WORK DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATION TO WORK ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN. GRAHA MEANS NUSANTARA SIDOARJO". As this study aimed to identify how their influence health and safety so significant effect on the productivity of employees at PT. GrahaSarana Nusantara. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 50 respondents drawn using census techniques is by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. GrahaSarana Nusantara. Then analysis of the data - the data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis using F test and t test with significance level of 5% is processed with SPSS version 16 for Windows. Resulting in regression equation as follows: Y = 3,435+ 0.441 X1 + 0.263 X2 + 0,363 X3 Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect of each - each variable with regression coefficient on the variable salary of 0.441, 0.263 of variable work discipline, work motivation and performance variables for 0,363 of 3,435 employees. Moreover, it also concluded that work motivation to have a dominant influence on the performance of employees with a beta coefficient of 0.796. Companies are advised to improve the rules and work motivation and reward for employees according to job performance in order to improve employee performance must be maintained.
