Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of price, location, promotion and product quality to consumer decisions in purchasing Telkomsel product (Case Study in Kelurahan Ketintang Surabaya). This research is conducted by using a quantitative approach that is, more focused research on testing hypotheses with statistical methods analysis tool and generate conclusions that can be generalized. The sample used in this research is Telkomsel telecommunication provider users who met in Ketintang Urban Surabaya. While the sampling method in this study using purposive sampling. The test instrument used is multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS 21.00 software. After the hypothesis testing, then obtained multiple regression equation
