Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Effect of Motivation and Work Experience on Employee Productivity on the Performance of BPR Employees in Surabaya Foyer Fund. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to BPR employees at Serambi Dana Surabaya who had a service period of more than 2 years in the work section such as marketing.Based on the results of the calculation of path analysis, the path coefficient value of Motivation towards Employee Performance directly = 0.416. Value of Work Experience coefficient on Employee Performance directly = 0.312. Value of Employee Productivity Path coefficient on Employee Performance = 0.724. lane. ρzx1 multiplied by the path coefficient ρyz to (0.605) x (0.724) = 0.438. The value of the indirect effect obtained from the value of the path coefficient ρzx2 multiplied by the path coefficient value ρyz becomes (0.447) x (0.724) = 0.324. Based on multiple linear analysis obtained the first R Square determinant coefficient of 0.022 in the dependent variable Employee Productivity with a standard error of 1.753. the percentage of the influence of Motivation and Work Experience on Employee Productivity is 2.2%, while the remaining 97.8% is influenced by other variables. the second R Square determinant coefficient is 0.078 for employee performance dependent variables with a standard error of 2.135. the percentage of the influence of Motivation, Work Experience and Employee Productivity on employee performance is 7.8% while the remaining 92.2% is influenced by other variables. From this research, it can produce a greater direct effect than indirect influence. Keywords: Motivation, Work Experience, Employee Productivity, Employee Performance
