Abstract
This study aims to determine the direct effect of Leadership, Accuracy, Against Employee Loyalty In PT. Bank Multiarta Sentosa Surabaya 'and indirect influence Leadership, Accuracy, Against Employee Performance And Its Impact On Employee Loyalty In PT. Bank Multiarta Sentosa Surabaya '. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. Population and sample of 43 respondents from employees of PT. Bank Multiarta Sentosa Surabaya. Using path analysis for data analysis used SPSS computer software. The results showed that Leadership significantly influence to performance of employees PT.Bank Multiarta Sentosa Surabaya, with a large influence of 0.492 or 49.2%. Accuracy significantly affect to the performance of employees PT.Bank Multiarta Sentosa Surabaya, with a large influence of 0.386 or 38.6%. Leadership significant effect on employee loyalty PT.Bank Multiarta Sentosa Surabaya, with a big influence of 0.367 or 36.7%. Accuracy significantly affect employee loyalty PT.Bank Multiarta Sentosa Surabaya, with a big influence of 0.354 or 35.4%. Employee performance significantly influence employee loyalty PT.Bank Multiarta Sentosa Surabaya, with a big influence of 0.296 or 29.6%. Leadership significant effect on employee performance that impact on employee loyalty PT.Bank multiarta sentosa Surabaya. With direct influence contribution is equal to 36.7%, while the contribution of indirect influence is 14.6%.
