Abstract
This study is intended so that the company knows that the influence or influence of leadership and work discipline on the work motivation and performance of employees at PT. Unimax Traktor Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach that is research that emphasizes testing theories through measuring research variables with numbers and analyzing data with statistical procedures. And use the survey method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Unimax Traktor Indonesia. Sample respondents in this study used the Probability Sampling method. While the research sampling method uses the Simple Random Sampling method. The test tool used is the path analysis technique with SPSS 20.0 software. After testing the hypothesis proposed, the Leadership variable coefficient value of 0.141 is obtained, the Work Discipline variable is 0.268 and the Work Motivation variable is 0.604. And the value of the T test of the Leadership variable is 0.024 < 0.050, and the Work Discipline variable is 0,000 < 0.050, which indicates that the Leadership variable and the Work Discipline variable influence the Work Motivation partially and significantly. And the Leadership variable is 0,000 < 0,050, the Work Discipline variable is 0,000 < 0,050, and the Work Motivation variable is 0,004 < 0,050, which shows that the Leadership variable, the Work Discipline variable and Work Motivation influence the Employee Performance partially and significantly. Based on the results of the study concluded that Leadership and Work Discipline are able to improve employee performance which has a positive impact on work motivation.
