Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence directly and indirectly variable of development of tbsp, career development and training to job satisfaction and employee performance of PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo. in this study samples researched as many as 115 respondents who were taken using a sample technique with the slovin formula Sample amount in this study were employees of PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo. Then the analysis of data obtained in the form of quantitative data. The test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and path path analysis (path analysis) processed with SPSS V.16.0 for windows program. So as to produce the regression equation as follows: Y = 4.024+ 0.142X1 + 0.338 X2 + 0.137X3 + 0.118Z The result of the analysis concludes that the positive value on the regression coefficient of human resource development, career development, training and job satisfaction indicates that each increase of one unit of variable will improve the employee performance of one unit positively. T test results by comparing the value of Thitung with Ttabel concluded that: Human Resource Development affects the job satisfaction at PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo, career development has an effect on to job satisfaction at PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo, Training affects the job satisfaction at PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo, Human Resource Development affects the performance of employees at PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo, career development has an effect on to employees performance at PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo, Training affects the performance of employees at PT. Sumber Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo, job satisfaction affects the performance of employees at PT. Source Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo, indirect test through path path coefficient gives greater value than coefficient directly, so expressed job satisfaction as intervening variable between human Resources Development, Career Development And Training on performance. Coefficient of determination R2 variable Development human Resources, Career Development And Training And Job Satisfaction Of Employee Performance PT. Source Djaja Perkasa In Sidoarjo of 57.7%, while the rest of 42.3% explained by other variables outside of the study.
