Abstract
The research that has a title "Effects of Leadership and Learning Organization to desire of employees resign with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) - Surabaya", aims to determine the direct influence of Leadership and Learning Organization to desire of Employees resign and the indirect influence of Leadership and Learning Organization to desire of Employees resign with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses primary data sources are derived from the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Used Quantitative research. the population and a sample are 75 respondents. Analysis of data using Path Analysis by using SPSS version. 16.0. The results of analysis using Path Analysis is Leadership has significant effect on job satisfaction with contribution value 42.9%, Learning Organization has significant effect on job satisfaction with contribution value 22.1%, Leadership has significant effect on the desire Employees resign with contribution value 19.7%, Learning Organization has significant effect on desire Employees resign with contribution value 16.9%, job satisfaction has significantly influence the desire Employees resign with contribution value 55.6%, Leadership has significant effect on the desire employees resign through job satisfaction as an intervening variable with indirect contribution value 23.9%, Learning Organization has significant effect on desire employees resign through job satisfaction as an intervening variable with indirect contribution value 12.3%.
