Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the factors that affect employee performance at PT. Indah Mukti Surabaya. These factors are motivation and organizational culture. Implementation of appropriate organizational culture will lead to employee performance at PT. Indah Mukti Surabaya. Employee performance arises influenced by the mix of motivation and organizational culture. Motivation and organizational culture on employee performance shows a positive and significant relationship. In this study the data were collected through a questionnaire of 40 respondents who were taken using sampling using the formula from Taro Yamane on the employees of PT. Indah Mukti Surabaya. Then analyzed the data obtained in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis technique that is processed with SPSS V.14.0 for windows program. So as to produce the following equation: Y = 0.405X1 + 0.608X2 The results of the analysis concluded that the test value F is known that the motivation and organizational culture variables significantly affect the employee's performance with the value of Fhitung 390.844 ≥ 2.41 (Fcount ≥ Ftabel). In this study the dominant variable affecting employee performance is the organizational culture variable. And Value R2 of 0.955 indicates that the amount of contribution motivation and organizational culture in influencing employee performance equal to 95,5%. While the remaining 0.5% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
