Abstract

Performance appraisals are important for employees, assessment methods used, and the way in which the results are communicated can have both positive and negative effects on employee morale. Good performance appraisal should be able to describe measured things through education, work period, salary and work environment. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of education level, work period, salary and work environment to employee performance of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia Division Heavenly Blush. The data used in the study is the primary data with samples taken 37 people. While the analytical technique used is to use multiple linear regression. Test results obtained equation Y = 3.096 + 0,207X1 + 0,104X2 + 0,487X3 + 0,823X4 indicate that if independent variable consist of education, work period, salary and work environment = 0, hence performance of employee of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia The Heavenly Blush Division will be 3.096. Testing simultaneously shows the variables of education, working period, salary and work environment together have a significant effect on employee performance. These results are supported by the acquisition of correlation coefficient of 71.6% indicating that the correlation between the independent variables on employee performance has a close relationship. Individual test results show that the variables of education, working period, salary and work environment each have a significant and positive impact on employee performance and salary variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance. This is indicated by the level of partial determinant coefficient for the variable of salary is greater than the variable level of education, working period and work environment
