Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analiyze the factors affecting employee perfomance at PT. Trias Sentosa Tbk. The factors are leve of education, work period age and competence. This study using quantitative method. In this study, data were collected through questionners to 34 respondents drawn using the formula SPSS 16.0 for windows. Resulting in this study showed Fcount (25.564) with the significant limit is 0,00 it means that variables of education, work period, age, and competence jointly significant effect on the work performance and avery independent variables partially effect for dependent variabel or work perfomance, the result t test variables of education tcount3.309 > ttabel 2.045 with significant 0.003 < 0.05, work period tcount 2.492 > ttable 2.045 with significant 0.019 < 0.05, age tcount 2.670 > ttable 2.045 with significant 0.012 < 0.05, competence tcount 2.894 > ttable 2.045 with significant 0.07 < 0.05, and from the result variable of education is a dominant variabel that has effect for employee perfomance with standard coefficient beta 0.281. The result of regression showed valve of R is 0.883, it showed that have strong correlation among variables of education, work period, age and competence to employee perfomance in coverting at PT. Trias Sentosa. Tbk, and coefficient determination (R2) is 0.779 it’ means 77,9% variable of education, work period, age, and competence have contribute to employee perfomance and for 22,1% couse by other factors not include in this study
