Abstract
This research include as descriptive research with quantitative approach and conducted in packaging company, this research to know about wether or not the influence of leadership, salary, allowance, and social security to job satisfaction of the employee in Multiplastjaya Tatamandiri Company, either partially or simultaneously. Method of collecting data in this research is quisioner. The population of this research are 279 employees of Multiplastjaya Tatamandiri Company with 74 peoples as a samplings based on slovin method with 10% tryel and error. Technique was taking of sampling was cluster sampling. Hypothesys test doing by linier regretion for hypothesys 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 from 16.0 SPSS program for windows, based on research with level significance 0,05 or 5%, so the conclusion are : (1) Leadership has positive effect on performance with score tscore (3.901) ≥ ttable (1.995); (2) Compensation has positive effect on performance with score tscore (2.037) ≥ ttable (1.995); (3) Work Environment has positive effect on performance with score tscore (2.777) ≥ ttable (1.995); (4) Social Security has positive effect on performance with score tscore (2.223) ≥ ttable (1.995); (5) Simultaneously Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment and Social Security influence significantly on Performance with score fscore (9.377) ≥ ftable (2.50)
