Abstract
The role of human resources becomes increasingly important when associated with the global development full of competitive rivalry between the organizations. One way that organizations do in the face of competition is to empower and explore all the potential of its human resources were optimally. This study analyzes the influence of discipline, work environment, compensation, and education level on job performance in CV.Timur Jaya Flooring. This research was conducted by using a quantitative approach to research the type of explanation (explanatory research) that causality describes a relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The samples in this study were employees Flooring CV.Timur Jaya as many as 35 people. The sampling method using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0 software. The results showed them that discipline, work environment, compensation, and education levels simultaneously have a significant impact on work performance in CV.Timur Jaya Flooring. Partially discipline, work environment, compensation, and the level of education has a significant impact on work performance in CV.Timur Jaya Flooring. The education level is predominantly positive and significant impact on job performance in CV.Timur Jaya Flooring.
