Abstract
Issues concerning the performance is an issue that will always be faced by the management company, therefore management need to know the factors that affect employee performance. Factors that may affect the employee's performance will make the company's management can take the necessary policies, so as to improve employee performance to match the company's expectations. This research is a survey research is research that takes a sample of the population, using field research and disseminate the questionnaire as the main data collection tool, then the data obtained are discussed and explained systematically in order to obtain conclusions. In this study the total sample of 45 respondents who are all employees of PT. Tri Cakra Sidoarjo. This study aims to find out the influence between education and training and the ability to work on the performance of employees of PT. Tri Cakra Sidoarjo. Respondents in this study amounted to 45 people. Based on the data collected and a series of analyzes, the conclusion can be drawn as follows: Education and Training (X) are statistically significant impact on the ability of Work (Y). Education and Training (X) is statistically a significant influence on employee performance (Z). Working ability (Y) statistically have a significant influence on employee performance (Z).
