Abstract
This study aims to test the directly influence of work stress, work conflict and work facilities on employee performance, as well as indirect influence Work Stress and Work Conflict on Employee Performance with Work Facilities as intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research type with population and sample of 22 respondents of PT. Bank Central Asia Sampang Branch. Using path Analysis data Analysis. Based on result of research indicate that Job Stress have direct influence to Employee Performance is equal to -44.9%, Job Stress have indirect Influence to Employee Performance with Working Facilities as intervening variable is equal to 17.5%. Work Conflicts have direct influence to Employee Performance is -54.8%, while Indirect Influence Work Conflict on Employee Performance with Work Facilities as intervening variable is equal to 24.0%. Work stress significantly influence Employee performance with magnitude of influence equal to -0.449 or -44.9%. Work conflicts have significant effect on employee performance with magnitude of influence of -0.548 or -54.8%. Working facilities have a significant effect on employee performance with magnitude of influence of 0.470 or 47.0%.
