Abstract
EFFECT OF COMPETENCE, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT ON WORKING ACHIEVEMENTS AND ITS IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. SURYACITRA ADIKUSUMA (GRAHA SA) SURABAYA By : ARTHA PANGLI INDARAMALA Supervisor, Dr. Asmirin Noor, SE., MM Dr. Roy Sumaryono, ST., MM Quality human resources are needed in obtaining company success. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, emotional intelligence and employee development on work performance and its impact on the performance of employees of PT. Suryacitra Adikusuma (Graha SA) Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative with a sample of 51 employees of PT. Suryacitra Adikusuma (Graha SA) Surabaya and data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis The results of this study indicate that the first equation structure, namely competence, emotional intelligence and employee development has a significant effect on employee performance PT. Suryacitra Adikusuma (Graha SA) Surabaya and the second equation structure, namely competence, emotional intelligence, employee development and work performance have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.
