Abstract

Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia Bhumi Sejahtera Land Office Surabaya 1 is one business entity engaged in the sales and savings and loans. Business entities in the sale of general public better serve all members, the applicant itself, as well as notary in the sale of blank form / folders and various other equipment such as a seal, cover, and the stakes for the purpose of maintenance of the land certificate in the office of the Land of Surabaya 1 or region west of Surabaya. While enterprises in the field of savings and loans only serve cooperative members only, where all members of the cooperative are Civil Servants (PNS) Land Office Surabaya 1. To increase sales and savings and loan services better to the public service requires a handling and processing of the data is better in emerging businesses today. From the results of the analysis done on the system is running as used by the cooperative even with manual systems, sales process that runs in the cooperative already show sales have been quite effective in a service to the public, and in the process of savings and loans made by cooperative members has been running more efficiently in accordance with the procedures set by superiors.
