Abstract
Human resources are an important pawn in every company, when they are trying to deliver the optimum not balanced with comparable advantages can reduce the level of work discipline, thus impacting on the productivity of work that is less good. This research is resistant for PT. Langgeng Makmur, tbk know the significant influence of leadership and work discipline with motivation as intervening variable to work productivity. Research using quantitative approach and respondents taken the language (population research), that is as many as 63 respondents. The test equipment used is path analysis techniques and software applications using SPSS 23.0.Based on the test results, then developed T-test leadership on motivation 0,000 <0.05 (significant significant); work discipline on motivation 0.008> 0.05 (significant significant); leadership to work productivity 0.045 > 0.05 (significant significant); work discipline on work productivity 0.021 > 0.05 (significant significant); motivation to work productivity 0,045 < 0,05 (significant significant). The indirect effect of leadership on work productivity through motivation is 0.258. The indirect effect of work discipline on work productivity through motivation is 0.082. The total effect of leadership on work productivity according to motivation is 0,552. The total effect of work discipline on work productivity through motivation is 0.324.
