Abstract
The purpose of this study: 1) To determine the human resource development consisting of (motivation, active participation, selection of participants and instructors, training methods and development) effect simultaneously improve employee performance production 2) To determine the human resource development consisting of (motivation, active participation, selection of participants and instructors, training methods and development) partial effect in improving employee performance production .. 3) To analyze the variables of human resource development consisting of (motivation, active participation, selection of participants and the selection instructor, as well as the methods of training and development), which variables that have dominant influence in improving the performance of production employees at PT. Filma Utama Soap Surabaya .. The analytical tool used in this research is by using multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that: 1) Development of human resources consisting of (motivation, active participation, selection of participants and the selection of instructors, as well as the methods of training and development) effect simultaneously on the performance of production employees at PT , Filma Utama Soap Surabaya. 2.
