Abstract
This research is meant for the owners Dealer who will open cooperation with vendors private companies in the field of human resources aware of the important things that will be needed to guarantee the human resources can work well according to the SOP of each corporate management, and is developed in order to co-operation between CV. Intra Jaya Automotive (human resources services provider) with partner dealers can run as desired. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, the research focuses on testing the hypothesis with multiple methods of analysis tools and can produce generalizable conclusions. Sample in this research is the employees in the head office in Jakarta. Sample of respondents in this study uses probability methods. While the type of non-probability selected in this study is total sampling type (sample intended). Test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.0 software. After testing the above hypothesis, the regression coefficient values obtained Discipline (X1) of 0.424, Motivation (X2) of 0.250, Working Environment (X3) of 0.279, Job Satisfaction (X4) of 0.261 with a constant value of 2.356. And the value of F Calculate the test F 9.411 with R value of 0.591 and R2 is (0.350) 2 = 0.313 or 31.3% with a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, which means that the value of these effects show the level of influence that by discipline (X1), motivation (X2), work environment (X3), and job satisfaction (X4) on employee performance (Y) or have a considerable influence, namely 31.3%. The results of T-test-value t count with variable Discipline (X1) of 2,769, Motivation (X2) is 2.465, Working Environment (X3) amounted to 2,631, Job Satisfaction (X4) of 2,195 and a constant value of 1.011 with a significance level of 0.007 which is smaller than 0.05.
