Abstract
In the current business developments have made much progress. Every business owner wants his company developing according purpose in setting up the company. Efforts in achieving the objectives of the company require resources, capital, appropriate technologies, the place of production, and labor to work optimally. Improving the quality of human resources is expected to have an impact on the human performance. Therefore, the authors conducted a study entitled "Effects of work stress, job satisfaction and Compensation for Employee Performance PT BaktiMandiri Perkasa Surabaya". This research took the employee population. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. After testing the hypothesis that has been set previously, the regression equation Y = 0.304 + 0,263X1 - 0,062X2 + 0,713X3 with the results of the test value f below 0.05, which means working hypothesis stress factors (X1), job satisfaction (X2 ), and compensation (X3) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) and the results of the t test found that job stress factors (X1) produced a value above 0.05, meaning job stress factors had no significant effect on employee performance outsourcing PT BaktiMandiri Perkasa, while the factor of job satisfaction and compensation have been tested by partial score below 0.05, meaning job satisfaction factors (X2) and compensation (X3) partially significant effect on employee performance outsourcing PT BaktiMandiri Perkasa. Regression coefficient (beta) independent variable compensation factor (X3) amounting to greater than regression coefficient (beta) independent variables job stress factors (X1) and the regression coefficient (beta) independent variables job satisfaction factors (X2). This means that independent variable compensation factor (X3) have a dominant influence on employee performance outsourcing PT BaktiMandiri Perkasa. The value of coefficient of determination R Square of 0.817 means that job stress factors, influence job satisfaction and compensation amounting to 81% of the productivity performance of employees and the remaining 19% is influenced by factors that were not studied.
