Abstract
PT. Stage Electric Citrabuana is a company engaged in the field of Electronic Manufacture which includes audio products, video or visual, media, electronic injection and furniture. In practice, Stage Electric Citrabuana implement a system of contract labor is not in accordance with the needs of employees and high turnover occurs. Related to the above, the necessary human resources management practices that better qualified to contribute to achieving the company's goals. The purpose of this study was to describe the practices of human resource management that consists of human resource planning, job analysis, payroll management, employee recruitment and selection, performance management and appraisal, as well as learning and training of employees at PT. Electric Citrabuana stage; and to learn about the strategies that must be done by. Electric Citrabuana stage in achieving the optimization of management practices and human resources. Data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the practices of human resource management is carried out by PT. Electric Citrabuana stage include: a) Human resource planning; done by creating a strategy to take advantage of the talented personnel and skilled; and be willing to employ the existing staff with their skills and parts needed; b) Analysis of the position; done by creating a detailed development associated with tasks that must be performed by an employee or in a position assumed by the existing human resources or in other words give the task or job desctiption of each existing employees; c) Management of salaries; done by setting the salary for employees in accordance with government rules that apply in this case adapted to the MSE (Minimum Wage Employees) applicable in Sidoarjo given PT. Stage Electric Citrabuana situated in Sidoarjo; d) Recruitment and selection; done by looking for prospective employees who are considered to meet the required position, refers to the amount needed to occupy the field of work that is needed, as well as applying the contract labor system; and e) Education and training; carried out within a period of three months of work. In addition, the results showed that the strategy of PT. Stage Electric Citrabuana in achieving the optimization of management practices and human resources can be done by: improving personnel evaluation in detail and thoroughly, apply the system of outsourcing, builds part human relations, implement a working system appropriate to the needs of enterprises, improve the work system company rules relating to recruitment, and engage with employees in order to know about the response to the job and company.
