Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Asco Prima Mobilindo Surabaya branch at Jalan Raya Jemursari No. 184-186 Surabaya. In this study, using the employee's productivity as the dependent variable and leadership, work discipline, incentives and training as independent variables. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline, incentives, and training on employee productivity PT. Asco Prima Mobilindo Surabaya branch as well as to determine which variables that most influence the employee's productivity PT. Asco Prima Mobilindo. The method used, ie quantitative methods. The sampling technique using the formula Slovin by the number of respondents 33 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. The analysis includes the validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination test, classic assumption test including normality test, multikoliniearitas test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and test hypotheses include t test and f test. The data that has been processed using SPSS 16.0 produce regression model as follows: Y = 0.268 + 0.142 X1 + 0.491 X2 + 0.075 + 0.222 X3 X4. Statistical calculation results show the value of f = 4.915, this means that fhitung > ftabel 2,71. Results of hypothesis testing showed leadership thitung (1,122) ≤ ttabel (2.04841), the hypothesis of labor discipline showed thitung (3.752) ≥ ttabel (2.04841), incentive hypothesis shows thitung (0.477) ≤ ttabel (2.04841), and hypothesis training showed thitung (1,478) ≤ ttabel (2.04841). The results of the study produced variable work discipline more dominant effect on employee productivity PT. Asco Prima Mobilindo Surabaya branch compared with the leadership, incentives and training.
