Abstract

This research want to know the effect motivation, Discipline, Resposibility, Sorrounding Work To Achievement Teacher Work Ngoro Mojokerto. It also the writter formulate many variable that the most dominant from the fre variable and variable releated. From the result analysis have done by the research it is qotten result validity examiner clarify that the tool for collecting data like as the quisionary is arranged that have been full fill validity data or legalitas data by reliabilitas so the research can be continued by processing data that have been there. The effect free variable prosentation to variable releated that show by determine coctetion simultan ( R2 ) is 0,565 or 56,5 %. It is aproximally th variable releated. It is Achiecchment teacher work by free variable consist of X1 ( disclipine ), X2 (Training ) and X3 ( motivation work ) is 56,5 % and residue is 43,5% effected by other variable in out side the research. From trial hypothesis as partial free variable is good training and also motivation work affect ti significant to achievment work whiles for variable discipline is not effoctid
