Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation, competence, leadership, and discipline on job satisfaction of security guard PT. Cipta Pesona for Bank Mandiri Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative associative. The population in this study were security guard PT. Cipta Pesona for Bank Mandiri in Surabaya 260 people. The research sample was calculated using the Slovin formula 158 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, The data analysis used multiple linear regression. Data was processed using SPSS 16.0. The results showed that compensation, competence, leadership, and discipline simultaneously significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation and discipline partially significant effect on job satisfaction, meanwhile competence and leadership partially no significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation provide the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction of security guard PT. Cipta Pesona to Bank Mandiri in Surabaya
