Abstract
This research was conducted to find out the influence of leadership and work diciplane to work productivity and impact to employee performance at PT. Porous Technology Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the directly the leadership variables and work dicipline variables on employee performance, influence indirectly between leadership variables and work dicipline variables on the variable of employee perfomance through work productivity variable as intervening variable. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, that is, research that focuses on testing hypotheses by statistical methods of analysis tools and produce conclusions. This research population and samples are 86 employee of PT. Porous Technology Indonesia. Method of data collection documentation and questionnaires, analysis method that’s instrument test (validity and reliability test), descriptive percentage analysis, a classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, t-test, and path analysis using SPSS 21.0 for windows. Based on the results of the path analysis that influence leadership variables and work dicipline variables on employee perfomance variable that is, leadership variable have a direct effect of 0,355 and work dicipline has a direct effect of 0,131. Work productivity as an intervening variable has an effect of 0,335 on the variable of employee performance. Then if leadershi through work productivity to affect employee performance, it is known the effect of 0,119. Meanwhile, if the work dicipline through work productivity to affect employee performance, it is known the effect of 0,043. Based on this it can be seen that, the influence of leadership and work dicipline on employee performance will be greater without through work productivity. Based on the result of coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,793 on dependent variable of work productivity, mean percentage of influence of leadership and work dicipline to work productivity equal to 79,3%. The determinant coefficient of 0,854 for the dependent variable of employee performance means the percentage of influence of leadership,work dicipline and work productivity on employee performance of 85,4%. And based on the results of multiple regression results also show that leadership, work dicipline and work productivity to have a positive influence the employee performance.
