Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence satisfaction Klanggri Member Dusun Karang Taruna RW 06 Buduran - Sidoarjo. These factors are motivational leadership style, ability and compactness. Implementation of appropriate working ability will cause Member satisfaction Klanggri Dusun Karang Taruna RW 06 Buduran - Sidoarjo. Member satisfaction arising influenced by motivational leadership style, ability and compactness. Motivational leadership style, ability and cohesiveness to the satisfaction of members showed a positive and significant relationship. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 60 respondents drawn using census sampling technique. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis were processed with SPSS V.16.0 for windows. Resulting in regression equation as follows: Y = 2,993 X1 + 0.218 X2 + 0.230 + 0.218 + 0.050 X3 X4 The results of the analysis concluded that the leadership style variable regression coefficient 0.218, 0.218 motivation variable, the variable ability 0.230, 0.050 compactness variables, and variables 2,993 member satisfaction. T-test leadership style variable for 2064 ≥ 2.004 (t ≥ t table), variable motivation for 2378 ≥ 2.004 (t ≥ t table), variable capability of 2,291 ≥ 2,004 (t ≥ t table) and variable compactness of 0543 2,004 (t t table) means that four independent variables studied, partially no significant effect on member satisfaction. Then through the F test found that the variable of leadership style, motivation, ability, and compactness jointly significant effect on member satisfaction with the calculated F value of ≥ 2.57 8439 (F count ≥ F tables). In this study the variables the dominant influence on employee performance is variable workability. And R2 value of 0.600 indicates that the contribution of leadership style, motivation, ability and cohesion in member satisfaction levels of 38%. while the remaining 62% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
