Abstract
This study aims to investigate the influence of either partially or simultaneously on work motivation, work discipline, organizational culture, and job training on work performance of employees of PT BPW Shafira Cross the Universe. This study uses a quantitative approach with techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques used were a questionnaire. The results obtained work motivation (X1) significantly affects job performance (Y) employees of PT BPW Shafira Cross the Universe can be accepted as true, with the acquisition of the t value of 3.013 and a significance level of 0.003 <0.05. Labor discipline (X2) has a significant effect on work performance (Y) employees of PT Lintas Semesta with BPW Shafira t value of 3.113 and a significance level of 0.002 <0.05. Organizational culture (X3) significantly affects job performance (Y) employees of PT BPW Shafira Cross the Universe with the acquisition t value of 2.152 and a significance level of 0.034 <0.05. Job training (X4) significant influence on employee performance BPW Shafira PT Lintas Semesta with t value of 3.499 and a significance level of 0.001 <0.05. There are influences simultaneously on work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), organizational culture (X3), and job training (X4) on work performance (Y) with F count obtained at 13.272, and the level of significance of 0.000, which means below 5% (0.05).
