Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of information system development andmotivation through loyalty to employee productivity onPT. Bank Panin Tbk. KCUSurabaya Cendana with 60 respondents. The analysis technique used is pathanalysis using the T (partial) hypothesis test. The independent variable used is theInformation System (X1)and Motivation (X2), then thedependent variableisProductivity (Y) and the intervening variable is Loyalty (Z). the results of this studyindicate partially Information Systems, Motivation and Loyalty variables have apositive and significant effect on the Productivity variable. Information andMotivation Systems through Loyalty have a significant effect on productivity.
