Abstract
The research entitled "The Influence of Motivation and Work Environment through Morale as Variable Intervening to Employee Performance on The Via & The Vue Apartement Ciputra World Surabaya", aims to determine the direct influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance and influence not directly Motivation and Work Environment through Morale as an Intervening variable to Employee Performance. This study uses primary data source from questionnaires to respondents. Is a type of quantitative research with Population and sample of 115 Respondents. Data analysis using Path Analysis or Path Analysis using SPSS software version. 16.0. The result of the research by using Path Analysis is Motivation has significant effect to Job Spirit with contribution 0,441, Work Environment have significant effect to Work Spirit with Contibution equal to 0,382, Motivation have significant influence to Employee Performance with contribution 0,152, Work Environment have significant influence to Employee Performance with kotribusi of 0.154, Morale has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a contribution of 0.612, Motivation has a significant effect through the Spirit of Work as an intervening variable on Employee Performance with the contribution is not directly equal to 0.269, Work Environment significantly influence through Spirit Work as an intervening variable on Employee Performance with no contribution instantly of 0.234.
