Abstract
In this study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence consumer buying decision on PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Surabaya. These factors are Leadership, Work Environment, Organizational Culture, and proper compensation can affect the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Surabaya. Employee job satisfaction is influenced by variables arising Leadership, Work Environment, Organizational Culture, And Compensation at PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Surabaya In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 50 respondents from PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Surabaya taken using sampling techniques using the formula slovin. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis were processed with SPSS V.16.0 for windows. Resulting in regression equation as follows: Y = 4,859+ 0.215X1 + 0,088 X2 + 0.167 X3 + 0.291 X4 The results of the analysis concluded that the leadership variable regression coefficient of 0.215, 0.088 of variable working environment, organizational culture variable amounted to 0167, variable compensation for 0291, and job satisfaction variables of 4.859 when all variables showed improved results favorably on job satisfaction. Leadership (X1) of 2.485 ≥ 2.014 (t count ≥ t table), t Test Results Variable working environment (X2) is 1.214 ≤ 2,014 (t count ≤ t table), variable T test results Cultural organization (X3) of 2.489 ≥ 2,014 ( t count ≤ t table), t Test Results compensation variable (X4) of 3.487 ≥ 2,014 (t count ≥ t table), it means that the leadership variable (X1), Cultural Organization (X3), and compensation (X4) effect on employee job satisfaction and work environment variables (X2) has no effect on job satisfaction, F test found that the variable Leadership (X1), the environment variables work (X2), Cultural organization (X3), Compensation (X4), jointly significant effect on job satisfaction employees at PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Surabaya calculated F value of 14 643 ≥ 2:58 (F count ≥ F tables). In this study the variables dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Surabaya is variable compensation (X4). And R2 value of 0.566 indicates that the contribution of independent variables influencing Purchase Decision by 56.6%, while the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables outside the model.
