Abstract

Facing the globalization era, Indonesia will be faced with a globalchallenge. As a result of the global gap, the dependency between nations will bemuch colored by the competition. With the high levelof competition demands acompany to optimize its human resources. The problem that often arises inhuman resources is the employee's working productivity factor. This researchanalyzes the influence of leadership towards employee work productivity withorganizational culture as a variable of mediation in PT. Bestari Mulia. This research uses a quantitative approach by using a survey method thatis used to obtain data from a specific place that is natural. Sample on thisresearch employee of PT Bestari Mulia amounting to 70 people. The samplingtechnique using simple random sampling technique is that the sampling of thepopulation is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in the population.The test equipment used is a double linear regression analysis technique withSPSS 17.0software. The results of this research show that(1)the leadership affects theorganizational culture atPT.Bestari Mulia,(2)Leadership has no effect onworking productivity atPT.Bestari Mulia,(3)The organizational culture affectsthe working productivity ofPT.Bestari Mulia,(4)The leadership affects theproductivity of work with the organizational culture as a variable of mediation in PT. Bestari Mulia.
