Abstract
In order for the company to continue to grow and be able to generate profits, the company must plan and control profits. Two determinants of profit are (1) Revenueis the gross inflow of economic benefits during the period that arises in the normal courseof an entity when inflows are generated in addition to capital, other than those related to equity holder contributions. (2) costs are "the sacrifice of economic resources measured in units of money, which have occurred, are occurring or are likely to occur for a particular purpose. This study aims to determine how the effect of sales volume and operating costs on the net profit of G Suites Hotel Surabaya in 2017-2019. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique which obtained 36 samples in a period of 3 years. The analytical method used panel data regression analysis using SPSS 16 software. Based on the results of the study showed that the sales volume and operational costs simultaneously affect net income. Partially, sales volume and operating costs affect net income.
