Abstract
Thesis entitled "The Effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Asset Structure on Capital Structure in Real Estate Property Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018" explains the influence of profitability, liquidity and asset structure on capital structure. The purpose of this study is to determine whether profitability, liquidity, and asset structure influence the capital structure of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018.The method used in this research is quantitative. Researchers collected data through sampling of data from property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). From the results of this study found several things including profitability and liquidity partially affect the capital structure, asset structure partially does not affect the capital structure, the three variables studied simultaneously affect the capital structure.The author's suggestion for further research is expected to add other variables that can be used as indicators in further research. This is because there are still variables that have not been found by researchers who still have a relationship related to capital structure.
