Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation (X1),incentives (X2) and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) at PTKapasari Sidoarjo significantly or not. This researchusedquantitative research.The population in this study were all employees of PT Kapasari Sidoarjo. Thedata used are primary data using a sample of 50 respondents. Data collectiontechniques using a questionnaire. The test tool used was a statistical analysistechnique using SPSS 26.0 software. After testing the hypothesis that has beenproposed, the results of this study indicate that Motivation (X1) has a significanteffect on Performance (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05, Incentives (X2)has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a significant value0.023 <0.05. Work Environment (X3) does not significantly influence EmployeePerformance (Y) with a greater significance level that is 0.293> 0.05. And thevalue of the F test shows the F Calculations obtained are 34.109with asignificance level of 0,000 which means below 5% (0.05). With the acquisition ofa significance value smaller than 0.05 above, it can be stated that there is asignificant simultaneous effect on the variables of work motivation (X1),incentives (X2), and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y).
