Abstract
One of the goals of the company PT. Unicharm Indonesia is increasing the workproductivity of its employees, so it is hoped that PT. Unicharm Indonesia is able to competewith similar competitors. For this reasonresearchers conducted a study entitled "The Effectof Organizational Culture on Work Discipline and Impact on Employee Productivity of the QCand QMS Section of PT. Unicharm Indonesia in Mojokerto "has a QC and QMS populationof 40 employees using a totalsampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. Thepurpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of work culture on workdiscipline and the impact on work productivity. This type of research is quantitative researchand uses the PathAnalysis method using SPSS for Windows. Theconclusions of this studyare:1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on work discipline. 2) Work disciplinehas a significant effect on work productivity. 3) Organizational culture has a significant effecton work productivity. 4) Organizational culture has a significant effect on work productivitythrough work discipline.
