Abstract
This study tries to determine the effect of education, job desk and providingincentives to the performance of employees of PT.Buhler Indonesia Gempol -Pasuruan. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The reason for usingthis approach is to obtain a more objective and measurable general picture. Thepopulation in this study were all employees of PT.Buhler Indonesia in Gempol -Pasuruan, totaling 50 people. If sampling subject that will be studied is fewer than100 people, all should be studied. The test tool used in this study is a technique ofmultiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 software. The results showed thatthe first probability level of 0.022, this means that the incentives have a significanteffect on the performance of the employees of PT.Buhler Indonesia. The secondprobability level that is equal to 0.007, this means that the Job Desk has a significanteffect on the performance of the employees of PT.Buhler Indonesia. The thirdprobability level that is equal to 0.005, this means that Education has a significanteffect on the Performance of PT.Buhler Indonesia's Employees.
