Abstract

The research objectives are 1) To evaluate and analyze the evaluation of thebenefits of the work comfort of employees of PT. Bina Busana InternusaSurabaya. 2). To discuss and analyze work motivation on the comfort of theemployees of PT. Bina Busana Internusa Surabaya.3). To consider and analyzechanges in earnings for employees of PT. Bina Busana Internusa Surabaya. 4).To remember and analyze work motivation on employee loyalty of PT. BinaBusana Internusa Surabaya. 5). To discuss and analyze significant workrelationships on employee loyalty at PT. Bina Busana Internusa Surabaya. 70respondents in this study used quantitative methods with research methods andresearch methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, while thedata taken are primary data and secondary data, while data analysis techniquesuse path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that: 1) the effect ofearnings on work comfort was 0.022. 2) the influence of work motivation on workcomfort is-0.015.3) profit motivationon employee performance is 0.410. 4)motivation increases compared to-0,367. 5) the effect of work comfort onemployee performance of 0.452.
