Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out about the influence of leadership, work motivationand work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari SentosaTbk. Bungurasih Sidoarjo Branch. This research is a type of quantitative research with a totalsample of 100 respondents, while the sample technique used in this study is saturatedsampling. In this study the independent variables consist of leadership, work motivation andwork discipline, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The test instrumentused is the Validity and ReliabilityTest. While the method of data analysis uses MultipleLinear Regression analysis with t test, F test and R2. From the results of the study theindependent leadership variable (X1) obtained tvalue(4,714)> ttable(1,660), work motivationvariable (X2) obtained tvalue(2,635)> ttable(1,660) and work discipline variable (X3) obtainedtvalue(2,832)> ttable(1,660). Then the leadership variable partially positive and significanteffect on employee performance, work motivation variables partially positive and significanteffect on employee performance, and work discipline variables partially have a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance. And the leadership variable has the highest betavalue among other independent variables, which means thatleadership is the mostdominant variable the level of influence on employee performance. F Test results show thatFvalue(25,685)> Ftable(1,39), while the significance is 0,000 <alpha at a significant level of0.05 then Hois rejected and Ha is accepted which means the leadership, work motivationand work discipline variables simultaneously have a positive and positive effect significanteffect on employee performance. Determination Coefficient Test Results (R2) show RSquare 0.445 or 44.5% which meansthat employee performance variables can be explainedby leadership variables, work motivation and work discipline, the remaining 56.5% can beexplained by other variables outside the model.
