Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of “The effect of compensation,competence, Work performance, and discipline on the performance of police officers sector Wonoayu Resort Sidoarjo “ Compensation (X1), Competence (X2), Labor Discipline (X3), work performance (X4) performance (Y) of polsek wonoayu sektor wonoayu resor sidoarjo. The data used in this research is primary data and secunder datawith populasion number 45 member polices and than sampel that use of 35 responden.Technique that use obtained by distribusing questionaers to reression analysis techniques with sampel nonprobability saturated sampling. The results of all item reach validquestionnairesand relibel while generating multiple regressions: Y = 3,345 + 0,713X1 +O,624X2 + 0,379X3 = O,794X4 In a simultaneous test using the F test indicated the presence of markedly between independen variables with dependent variables. As evidenced by the calculate F value (5.903)> F table (2.059). from the available data indicated that the four independent variables are compensation (X1), competence (X2), labor discipline (X3), work perfomance (X4) performance (Y). in a parcial test of leadership variables (X1) significantly effect of performance (Y) with t value (3.681) ≥ ttable (2.059) competence (X2)significantly effect the performance (Y) with t value (2.695) ≥ ttable (2.059). work performance variable (X3) significantly effect the work performance of employee (Y) with t value (2.901) ≥ ttable (2.059). and discipline performance (X4) significantly effect performance (Y) with t value (4.703) ≥ ttabel (2.059). Among these four variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of Compensations it can be sees from the T value and partial correlation greater than three variables that is equal 4.703
