Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style,Locus OfControl, training and discipline on employee performance in PT. Tirta InvestamaSurabaya. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach to researchthat focuses on testing the hypothesis with the statistical method of analysis toolsand produce results that can be generalized. The population used in this studywere all employees of PT. Tirta Investama Surabaya totaling 50 people, while thenumber of samples used in this study were a total of 33 respondents. Testequipment used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0. From theresearch that has been done can be concluded that the result of the validity test isvalid, reliability testing is reliable, and classical assumption that indicates thatthe data is normal, and free from autocorrelation, multicollinearity andheteroscedasticity. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained modeling is Y = 0782 + 0611 X1 + X2 0327 + 0421 + 0248 X3 X4. From the results of F testfound that the result of F (45 687)> F table (2:54), which means the LeadershipStyle (X1),Locus of Control(X2), Training (X3), Discipline (X4) simultaneouslysignificant effect on employee performance (Y) on PT. Tirta Investama Surabaya.From the results of the t test can be seen that the Leadership Style (X1),Locus ofControl(X2), Training (X3), Discipline (X4) has a significant and positive effecton employee performance (Y) on the PT. Tirta Investama Surabaya, with eachhaving t (5784), t (2757), t (3221) and t (2,344) larger than t table (2.0484)
