Abstract
This study aims to implement work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance at PT. Indo Tata Graha. The number of samples in this study were 44 respondents. This research was conducted using multiple linear analysis, with t test and F test as hypothesis testing. The sampling technique uses a non probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Test equipment used to process data using SPSS software version 20. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and coefficient of determination. The results of the coefficient of determination show the influence of work coordination variables, organizational commitment and the work environment by 64% while the remaining 36% is needed by other factors not included in this study. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that can be concluded that the significance value <0.05 and t arithmetic> t table, then the independent variable depends partially on the variables obtained. Thus the results of testing this hypothesis indicate that work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment are significantly significant on employee performance.
